[[PRODUCT_NAME]] is scheduling software for restaurants, retail, and other multi-location employers. Staff report an absence by text or phone call. The system then contacts qualified replacements in order — by text or call — until someone accepts, and places them on the schedule automatically.
An employee texts or calls the workplace line to say they can't make their shift.
Employees who are qualified, available, and have opted in are messaged in turn about the open shift.
The first person to accept is added to the schedule, and the manager is notified.
Program: [[PRODUCT_NAME]], operated by [[LEGAL_NAME]], sends work-related text messages to employees of participating employers regarding their work schedules — including confirmation of reported absences, offers to cover open shifts, and confirmation of assigned shifts.
Employees are enrolled by their employer when they are added to the employer's staff list, and are asked to confirm by text that they agree to receive scheduling messages at that number. No messages other than that initial confirmation are sent before consent is given. Consent is recorded with the date and time it was received. Employees may also enrol or update their preferences themselves through their employer's [[PRODUCT_NAME]] account.
This is not a marketing program. No promotional or advertising messages are sent through it, and phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Frequency varies with your work schedule and your employer's staffing needs. Most participants receive a small number of messages per week. Messages are sent only in connection with your own schedule or with shifts you are eligible to cover.
[[PRODUCT_NAME]] does not charge employees for messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan and carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to end all messages from this program. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to that number. You can rejoin at any time by replying START or by asking your manager to re-enrol you.

[[LEGAL_NAME]] ("we", "us") operates [[PRODUCT_NAME]]. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and send commercial electronic messages in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Your employer has access to the scheduling information relating to their own workplace. Employers cannot see information belonging to other employers. We use service providers to operate the platform — including telecommunications and cloud hosting providers — who process information only as needed to deliver the service on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.
Scheduling and absence records are retained for as long as the employer maintains an account with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Consent records are retained as required under CASL.
Information is stored on access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and separated so that each employer's data is accessible only to that employer.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or withdraw your consent to receive messages at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you are an employee, you may also raise these requests with your employer, who administers your record.
Questions about messages you've received, or about your personal information, can be sent to the email address above.
